Rabb-IT were initially part of our outsourced support servicing partners looking after the UK side of the business. Due to challenges with our principal MSP in North America, Rabb-IT were invited to tender for the global MSP role. They outlined the agreement, how they would fulfil the support role and reassured the business we are in safe hands. Since Rabb-IT were successful in becoming our principal MSP, they have been paramount to implementing enhanced workflows, governance and policies, infrastructure cost savings, security enhancements and providing top class system admin. Working with Rabb-IT we helped implement a dedicated change management process, ITSM service catalogue and many more initiatives. I look forward to the continued partnership.

We parachuted Steve and the team at Rabb-IT in, to help us navigate through a particularly turbulent time for our IT department. They mobilised extremely quickly to ensure that business continuity and disruptions were kept to a minimum. They have since been instrumental in redesigning our IT architecture and infrastructure ensuring that we are operating effectively and efficiently and continue to support us both strategically and managing our IT on a day-to-day basis.
