Requirement & Pains
YGP needed a solution to allow their South African users access to their LOB (Line of Business) case management system much faster with a tighter level of control than was possible with the current network.
Solution
Rabb-IT assessed, questioned and scoped the new solution to be an Azure AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) solution essentially moving their LOB system into “cloud servers” with Azure. Giving users access via a virtual desktop also based in Azure means all data and access is in the same place which dramatically increased speed and system reliability providing a sound platform for YGP to continue to grow the company without any IT scalability restrictions or complications.
