Rabb-IT, a Leeds-based IT support-based business has announced a £3.5m turnover with a recorded average 57% year-on-year growth since 2021. The firm forecasts a turnover of £4.3m by 2025.
Securing significant investment in 2021, when IT specialist, Dave Helm joined as Director, Rabb-IT has more than tripled its turnover from £900K, its client base from 35 to 115 contracted customers and its team, from 10 to 30.
A series of senior hires have been made to strengthen and drive the firm forward. Tim Wise has been appointed as Head of Operations, alongside a virtual CTO and a NED Finance Director.
Together, the senior team has worked closely to develop the internal culture with a focus on process and operations to support the firm’s fast-growing customer portfolio.
Alongside this, Rabb-IT has been at the forefront of modern IT solutions with the introduction of new products to support clients in a wide range of sectors, including digital, marketing, recruitment and construction.
The firm has focused on progressive products, such as Dropbox Enterprise and Threatlocker (a zero trust, Endpoint Protection platform), and other 365 security solutions which has enabled Rabb-IT to deliver long-term customer satisfaction across the board.
